Pet Portraits

How would you like to see your pet drawn in a magical forest, a field of flowers, against a background of your favourite colours, or as an intrepid explorer on another planet?

All that is required are a couple of good quality photos preferably a close up of the face and a full body photo, either sitting, standing or lying down. Whichever pose you provide will be featured in the drawing. You can let me know if there is a particular theme for the drawing you would like, and any favourite colours you’d prefer (or any  ones you don’t want!)

The better the photos, the more accurately I can draw your furry/feathery/scaly friend.

Each portrait takes on average two months, perhaps a little more depending on the intricacy and size of the drawing.

I use professional standard colour pencils and other mixed media on high quality archival paper to achieve the best possible portrait. 

Please note that your original artwork will be provided unmounted and unframed to allow you to choose a frame that is perfect for you.
